Reputation protection

Problem. The company was attacked by competitors, in an attempt to descride Mineplex.io, spreading false rumors about the blocking of accounts and the problems of the company

Solution: We connected the service for monitoring all mentions of the company in order to be able to respond to any negative feedback or comment. We developed official and reasoned responses, as well as a communication strategy, including which requests we respond to from the official account, and which ones from brand advocates.
